About OneStream Operating Environment

OneStream utilizes advanced web technologies.
Therefore, there may be issues when using incompatible browsers, outdated browser versions, or older operating systems, causing the service to malfunction.
Please check the following requirements before using OneStream.
The recommended operating environment includes both the OS and browser conditions.
Some functionalities are limited in the browser version or dedicated app for smartphones.
The latest versions of both the OS and browser are recommended.
The management screen is best viewed using a PC browser. Operation from a smartphone is not guaranteed.

If PC browser version has issues

Please check the operating environment of your OS and browser.
Browser add-ons (extensions) may be the cause. Try disabling the add-ons (you don't need to remove them).
Clear the cache and delete cookies to see if the problem is resolved. Please note that deleting cookies will remove all input history.
The security software installed on your PC may be the cause. Temporarily disable the security software and see if it improves.
